To officially get the truth out, an investigation should start now in the House, which Repubs control. But they use the excuse that Dems in the Senate would never impeach, so why try? House leaders need to stop prejudging where the investigation would go and with what results. Just seek the truth, issue subpoenas, take sworn testimony, and establish facts.

By the time results manifest, the Senate could well be in Republican hands, and even those heretofore cowards may be forced by established facts to act.

Notice how Colmes uses Alinsky/Commie tactics to trick Klayman into defending a straw-man that Colmes can easily knock down. For instance, it was Colmes, not Klayman, who floated the notion of someone in Kenya calling newspapers in Hawaii re O's birth. In the first place, the two newspapers in Hawaii got birth notices from the Dept. of Health, which did not verify the actual location of claimed births. And baby O's grandparents lived in Hawaii and could easily have filed a birth notice. The whole notion of a call from Africa was bogus.

That is how communists like Colmes operate. Fox needs to seek "balance" from a less committed ideologue than this snake.

The candidate is either intellectually dishonest or a coward--tho he seems like quite a decent fellow. He defines nbc as U.S. born with at least one U.S. parent, but then he refuses to apply his own weak, inaccurate definition to Cruz, Jindal, Rubio, pretending that he needs more information to judge. What a pathetically typical politician--tho he seems like a decent fellow.

Per the 20th Amendment Congress has the power to appoint an acting president if the president-elect fails to qualify for office. Of course, the Dem-controlled Congress did not do that in 2008, and it probably would not do that unless Dems lose the Senate in November. But first Congress would have to investigate the matter and hold open hearings.

If the Repubs win the Senate in Nov., their first order of business should be to fully investigate all questions related to O's legitimacy. That would include the bc, SSN, and draft registration.

How can so many well-educated nincompoops pretend that they cannot read plain English? There is a distinct, significant difference between a plain vanilla citizen and a natural born citizen, but their lying eyes discern no distinction. It is all intellectual dishonesty.

Now that those selfsame elitists have subjugated Europe, the U.S., Canada, and more, they are using the military might of the U.S. and NATO , together with their control of international finance, to close their grip on the globe. They are just one more global paroxysm, either financial or military, away from their ultimate goal. Obama is the perfect fall guy to blame for America's demise.
