The article is not totally correct, Nintendo didn't renew "VIRTUALCONSOLE" (Which pertains to physical print goods). They still have "Virtual Console" (which is the games service). This is partly true, I unplugged the grey usb as an experiment and the controller still works but the rumble is off. Most likely the extra power is for the Rumble.

Francis, you didn't mention how long cord is of the new Smash GC controller(10ft). Its' about 3 feet longer than the old GC controllers(7feet).

The fighting animations look rush, looks like it's missing frames and doesn't look like the moves actually hit in the animations. And those sound effects sounds bad to me. It just looked like a rushed clone crash grab game to me!

Joking aside, never understood why it didn't come to Wii U. Nintendo advertises on family friendly channels/shows all the time. Even if this game is ok/bad, it would've still sold some copies.
