Hell yes. I had a breast reduction/lift 2 years ago and it's the best thing I ever did - back to the breasts of my 20s. I don't have kids, never even been pregnant, but was fat for a while in my 40s and my breasts got big and stayed that way. I hated them and they were uncomfortable.

I'm 58 and am thinking about liposuction or a tummy tuck - I've lost a lot of weight but still have a lot of fat/flab. I'm also thinking of getting fillers for lines on my face that are starting to appear.

I think how I look is important. People judge us, and I like being pretty. I have scars that I'm proud of so I'm not looking for perfection, but I want my outside appearance to reflect what feels like me.
