Going off at a tangent ... (apologies). Here's a turn up for the books, HM... an old friend rang me at lunch-time. 'I'm outside the ground ... shall I get two tix for tomorrow.' My reply: 'Go on, then.'
Blimey. Last time I went was Day One of the North Bank as a seated stand, so that's going back a bit.
Questions:
1) Is Upton Park station open tomorrow, anybody, or are works on-going?
2) Can I park at Upminster station or anywhere else along that side of the District Line?
3) Will I put the mockers on them, with the team returning to their former apathy?

It's generally polite to thank someone for an interview. Manners don't matter any more though, apparently. Maggie taught us to trample over one another and that's the way it has stayed.
