It is SO important that we talk to our kids about sex. I hate that so many parents and churches are silent on this issue because the world certainly IS NOT. And we shouldn't just be talking to our children about it but also to the women in our lives. And we need to be open about any struggles we might have in this area. The devil would love for us to keep our struggles with sin and lust a secret so that it can fester and grow. Confessing to the Lord and to other believers exposes our sin to the light.

I love this! I totally agree with what you had to say and wish that more women would submit to their husband's authority. It hurts my heart to see the open blatant disrespect many women even Pastor's wives have for their husbands.

One thing I thought I would add--While we are not to teach men in the church and are not supposed to be the spiritual leader of our homes I do think it is a great benefit not to remain silent in regards to spiritual matters. I have read lots of scripture telling children to remember the advice of their Mother and also believe that as wives we are not only to be help mates in areas of domestic duties but also in spiritual ways. My husband's faith thrives when we have regular conversations about the Bible.
