I have yet to come across someone who did NOT like the prize-winning Room by Emma Donghue! So that would be a treat! :) Thanks for the giveaway.

I always feel overwhelmed by all the posts I can't manage to write and it might help me feel more at peace during the rest of the week.
Now I've decided on days (Wednesday and Saturday or Sunday) but don't know yet how much time I should contribute. I'm a slow blogger ;) I'm thinking 2x4 hours. Also, I won't be allowed to blog in the evenings anymore... I have a hard time getting to sleep! :( We'll see how it goes.

True, I'm not in the mood yet myself, but that's normal at this time of month. Our (rental) tree is coming on Saturday (18th) and that will probably be the beginning of some festive feelings! Have you tried baking??? ;)
And I can't believe I *still* haven't seen Love Actually (I think), maybe that would be a great follow-up to decorating our Christmas tree!
I hope you'll get into the season's spirit REAL soon!

As a Dutch grrl I can say that windmills ARE cool. *And* typically Dutch. Since there are not many around anymore it is fun to come across them on a hike. But we really don't live in them wearing clogs, like some foreigners seem to think :\ And the touristy stuff about it makes 'us' shiver indeed. ;)
Next time you need Dutch books in English you should go to Waterstones, Judith!
