Yes, for me there is a natural rhythm to my writing. For about the past 10 months it's been an everyday thing. Before then, it was more of a weekly tug. Language may be limited but I haven't even come close to finding that end. As for being present in life, I do better through writing than I do any other way.

Wonderful post, Darlene. I think most of us forget just how much we have. There are people all over the world struggling to keep alive while we complain about not having any soda pop in the house.

Too many interests -- This is one I haven't thought about before. Perceptive. I don't think of know-how as a roadblock. Almost anything can be learned. There are certain passions that require extreme intelligence or physical ability that could definitely be called roadblocks though.
