I can also relate to this post, having suffered from various mental health illnesses for over 20 years I know just how hard daily life can be, it's good to hear that you have been able to conquer your anxiety and start to live a better life. I hope you continue to feel better and I am sure this post will be very helpful to others who are going through the same thing.
