Admiral Yi Sun-Sin, forces the japanese out of Korea twice, without ever losing a battle out of 23 battles. Japan first invaded because Korea was the way to China, and Japan wanted to take over China, india, the Jurchens, Mongols, Vietnam, and the Philipines, but China was their first target and Korea did not allow it, so a war started between those 2. Korea was heavily outnumbered and had much more ineffective weapons, but Admiral Yi Sun-Sin's tactics were so brilliant taht he did not once lose a battle. Japan invaded once for 5 years then again for 2 years, and both times they retreated.
