All true, but also, no one would die if it weren't for the temptation Satan initiated in the Garden. God created a perfect world and a Tree of Life so the people He created could live forever. With a few little words, Satan cold-heartedly killed countless generations to follow and paved the way for billions to be condemned to Hell. Praise the Lord for giving us a way to receive the eternal life He planned all along through His Son Jesus Christ.
