To the best of my knowledge you don't need a vending license for BUCK, although it may differ for a non UK resident. UK Law for cons is different to that of the US. Would be cool to see your sculpts there.

It really doesn't take much to get started with any of these pony crafts. A few bits of card, some wire and clay, some bits of wood, a few tools you found around the house, the sky's the limit. Give it a try
