I think IN THEORY I like pecan pie, but the fact that it's basically just pure sugar is constantly on my mind as I try to eat a slice, and it can only get through a few bites before I give up. But I do love the flavors of it, and I love the idea to take the flavors and make it into something healthier!

So glad that Gourmet Garden has oregano, because that is one herb that I almost always buy for ONE recipe, and then the rest goes bad. There isn't anything bad about this recipe. Drool.
