It sounds like a great start to the summer holidays, despite the emotional goodbyes - the end of the school term can be difficult, as i found out again a few weeks ago when my little one finished up in his Nature Kindergarten.
Well done on the electric bike. I would love to be able to go on family bike rides, but we need to find a solution to carry 6 bikes on our car somehow!

I love your son's comment on his return from camp - what more can you ask for? I've had more than my fair share of crap days lately, and like you, I have found that quiet moments with my little people make all the difference.
