OK. The foot pain is not OK. We need to figure that out.

I’m currently having horrible back pain. I’m a (retired) PT but I have to go see my doctor to get a referral for PT. So fucking ridiculous. I understand the system but let’s be realistic here. I don’t need to see a PCP for my back pain. I tried to explain that to the receptionist to no avail.

We get crickets regularly between our kitchen screen and window. There’s a small break in the screen and they crawl in. I like having them around but I feel bad for them so I always grab them and toss them outside.
