I totally misread this as though you were saying that this kind of deep passion for someone is what leads to Fraternities and Orders dedicated to protecting an ideal (or its human embodiment). So, like, "Yes, I totally can see Mallory forming an Order of Our Goddess Serena. Sign me up!"

I'm horrified, as a Canadian, that this is the first time I've ever come across the term "Sixties Scoop". Being born and raised in Winnipeg, it took leaving home to realize how deeply ingrained this anti-indigenous racism is, and it's been a very difficult journey to unlearn everything that makes up the fabric of that city. Thank you, thank you, thank you for sharing your stories. Never stop speaking for your sisters and siblings.

Oh my god, how did I forget about the third season!? The Carly/Julie dynamic rang painfully accurate... Maybe that's why I blocked it out? #TooReal

I randomly found Burning Love and managed to watch both seasons on Yahoo! (The second is with Julie as the Bachelorette), and now I'm working backwards to watch Wet Hot American Summer and related shows because the cast was so hilarious.

"Just Blaze bein' Blaze" is an oft-quoted line in my life.

I tried like 4 times to watch the series but couldn't do it. I loved Joan and even Meg, but Jo's garbage movie and everyone else's poor acting (Jo, Teddy, Amy) just made it impossible to get through.

I'm so glad I'm not the only smug one about being able to read Clockwork Orange with no problem. Hooray Eastern Slavic fluency!

I love both aspects of this comment, and now it's just making me miss my D&D group that much more.

When I used to play D&D, one of my friends suddenly stopped in the middle of our puzzle-solving to narrate how his character went off to the side of the cave to defecate.

The DM gave him a bonus 100XP for having functional bowels.
