I'm interested in the coconut butter! I've actually never tried a coconut product - I'm a little on the fence about it and not 100% sold on its health benefits, but I'm definitely curious since I love the flavor of coconut.

I really love to eat it as a frozen yogurt or ice cream topping, but mixing it w/ regular cereal + milk or stirring it into yogurt happens on a more regular basis.
