If I'm reading it right and you're willing to have access to all the old videos be something everyone can have for free, the Internet Archive would happily host all the videos for you. They certainly host larger collections and obscurer collections, and there's really no reason not to try.

I wish I knew enough to diagnose, then. I'm only missing s3e5-s3e9 now if you want to toss those five files onto dropbox or something temporarily, or something like that.

Also, I'm already seeding S1+2 myself to a few people so those tapes are successfully circulating already :D

I've done about everything on my end to try to get the torrent to start again, and when I've poked you one of the many times I've poked you over the last week it seems to start for me again when you restart your client (or whatever you do on your end). Does it say people are actively downloading from you, or just that you're seeding?

Well, I was hoping I wouldn't need to keep bothering you but I don't think I've gotten any progress on the torrent for Season 3 in the last two days. I'm up to 92% thanks to the files jenzia shared yesterday, so if you can seed today I should hopefully get to full completion (especially if you can bump up the upload speed somehow)

I think I'd be okay with buying the missing episodes, if you're fine with starting up a torrent of season 3 with the episodes you have. Send me an email at my username at gmail and I'll toss you the links to those episodes before I post them here, just to make sure you get the ones that are missing.
