How about just a tiny bit of skepticism on this story, people.

Questions:

1. Who are "Murtha and Murtha"? Since when does ICH (which I highly respect) run articles by nameless authors?
2. What state is this purportedly in? The Google link is in New York. Why is the state not identified in the text of this "article"?
3. This article makes no sense and sounds like a "false flag" kind of article, one aimed at demonizing non-Tea-Party police, depicting them with Right-Wing type actions but depicted as anti-Tea-Party cops, and including the FBI. I repeat, who are Murtha and Murtha?
4. Why is there no link to the "court records" it purports to be directly from.
5. In an arraignment hearing, there ARE no "records". It is only for presentation of the charges and requesting for the plea, followed by the scheduling of a preliminary trial date.
6. If she has filed a lawsuit, that has a file number. How about posting that number here?

On a scale of 1 to 100 of believability, this one rates about a minus 50.

None of this article sounds like anything but a made up story to incite the anger of Tea Party ignoramuses. I would halfway believe it if the woman was a Liberal. That it poses the woman as being accused of being a Teabagger, it is patently obvious that this is aimed at Teabag crazies to get them even more crazy about their testosterone love affairs with their guns. The evil-doers in this story are both anti-Right-Wing (obvious Liberals) and FBI/gubbmint types, denying her and her sons any rights. BULLSHIT. It wasn't enough that they SUPPOSEDLY detained this woman, but then they had to bring in a gun that wasn't necessary and money that wasn't necessary.

I would advise everyone to ignore this article until some solid ANYTHING can be presented. So far, all we have is this piece of crap ALLEGED incident.

If you think Auschwitz guards did not treat people worse than this, you have no idea what you are talking about. They would have simply shot the man in the forehead or beat him to a pulp - before sending him to the gas chamber.

Auschwitz was an EXTERMINATION CAMP. Even the guards at Labor camps treated prisoners worse than this video.

The Canadian border guard was 500% as bullying as the US border guards are in this audio.

My favorite part is about FDR's plan for a new Bil of Rights, which included:

1. A guarantee of a job with a living wage
2. Health care for everyone
3. A guaranteed education (Scotland had this as long ago as 1700, which ended up leading to some colonists standing up for themselves across the ocean)
4. A decent retirement

FDR died 2 months later. Truman dropped the ball on it and it was never followed through - IN AMERICA. But, as Moore correctly tells us, it was part and parcel of the Marshall Plan. So all those European countries, along with Japan, have what FDR wanted for us.
