Healthy Eats : Top 10 Foods For A Healthy Mouth

I have so many favorite winter soups. But I must say, the one I look forward to every year right when it gets super cold (which is mid December here i Texas) is my Guinness soup. i made it one year as i was learning to cook. It was a simple soup of meat and lots of hearty vegetables, and of course, the dark beer (I stole 2 Guinness bottles from my husband's stock and now it's a tradition). Slow simmered for 2 hrs and seasoned to taste, it's absolutely wonderful ladled over some white rice. my family requests it every year. :D

Healthy Eats : Spotlight Recipes: Baked Tortilla Chips

I adore brussel sprouts steamed, then lightly salted and buttered. Sometimes, hide them under a nice blanket of cheese, but not too heavy of a blanket. Also love them sauteed, alone or with other veggies, and sometimes fry up a little bacon first, then throw in the brussel sprouts, alone or with other veggies.

I love ginger. It's flavor and scent is comforting! Like grandma's kitchen! Comfort Cookies( a bakery that sells on line) has a cookie called roasted ginger cookie and it is the best ginger cookie. I've never heard of roasting ginger so will have to try it

Healthy Eats : 10 Ways to Love Peanut Butter

So many amazing ideas in the comments! Boring old wheat crackers with PB are my go-to 4PM snack, but when I have a little more time, I'll whip up a batch of PB-enhanced Vegetarian Soba Noodles and keep them in the fridge for those hungry mid-afternoon moments. I use about 3 Tablespoons worth, instead of the 1.
