I'm not actually working at the moment but was offered a job over a year ago, it wasn't exactly for my creative work but because i had a creative mind for a more commercial role. I was offered £500 a month to work full time.. I think i worked out if i worked 35 hours a week I would be getting something like £2.80 an hour!!

Now, I'm not working and want a job which makes it look quite attractive, but in the end I turned it down because I knew it would make me feel worse about myself if I was not even being paid the minimum wage! So you shouldn't feel bad about turning things down in the end and your post has just re-enforced that!

ah i remember those lovely jelly pumps when you posted about them! I love them! have book marked them now, shame i know i should be investing in some boots at this time of year really!

also those hair ties are such a bargain! I've been buying mine from accessorise and they are about £4 for a few!
