Heck I didn't just change the channel, I killed my television over 20 years ago.
I hadn't voted since Kucinich lost in 2004 in the Calif primary.

I voted for Tulsi this year and she burned me. Well, maybe the Movement for the People's Party will produce a candidate I won't be ashamed to vote for if they're not killed first.

What's so weird is that it took planning to sabotage his campaign. Twice! And Bernie went along with getting screwed. Twice!

Allowing Trump to win may well be the plan

Libertarian analysis is half right. Diagnosis is correct, but socalled limited government leaves a vacuum for gangsters and warlords. We need government that is actually made up of people who care for others, not their own careers, wealth and power. Such people exist but the current system suppresses them. Witness numerous assassinations of people like Dr. King, or even voices like Henry Wallace, Eugene Debs, or modest reformers with the political estsblishment like Ron Paul, Dennis Kucinich, Bernie Sanders.

It remains to be seen if lasting changes will occur in US culture. Old beliefs die hard. Look at the Vatican. Or the Indian caste system.

Schiff theoretically is correct, but he's been saying this for years and his opinion is colored by the fact that he is in the gold selling business. Essentially, this is a cleverly disguised infomercial.

First, anti Chinese sentiment is the default position ever since the Yellow Peril laws of over 100 years ago. On a practical level, the Chinese, who already had to go through Wuhan's outbreak, which occurred "coincidentally" after Americans came for military sporting event in Wuhan last year, are not eager to repeat that.

Fact is, many countries require foreign visitors to quarantine now, many have restricted all foreign travel in or out altogether.

But of course the US State Dept. considers itself 'Exceptional'.

Suppose China funded and trained native Americans, Puerto Ricans and Hawaiians to stage violent protests in favor of freedom from US oppression.
Or if BLM was armed and trained to attack US police.

That is what the US is doing in Hong Kong. Are you aware of this? Suppose one of these oppressed groups in the US went to China and openly met with Chinese officials. Would you consider them heroes fighting for their rights? Or subject to prosecution for consorting with a foreign government?

How would the US government respond?

61% still believe it, despite it being debunked.
