"Feed a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach him how to fish and he will not be hungry again" in India the belief is "help him discover his own way of catching fish, because then that is his own!"

Thanks so much! I always listen to Brian's PNotes or another talking/study MP3 while on my hour walk. I use Neuro Programmer III generated entrainment MP3s. For sleep, I put the earbuds in using Isochronic sub delta waves, which is supposed to enhance healing of aches and pains (I'm 50yrs old previously quite lazy). The buds come out during the nite. Upon first waking, I turn on a wake up compilation using 18hz Isochronic tones and binaural beats which gradually rises for thirty minutes. I just started this a week ago for the first time, but my mind seems more calm and focused. I have yet to venture into the fully awakened quiet meditation. I'll do it in the morning. I'm a bit intimidated that I'll go crazy just focusing on my breath for thirty minutes. I'll let you know how it goes.

Just watched the presentation. Loved it! Turning up the volume on my nutrition. Truly reinforces my instincts and motivates me to master the nutrition much like your awaking earlier. Rock on.... back to work.

Alex, Of course this is ALL new to me. I appreciate your point more and more each day as I try to embody my 100%ers. I am still honoring my rituals without exception, but only during the day. The day gives me a bit of latitude to do my things. Is it mastering the practice itself or pursuit of perfection of the practice that will give us the mastery that we are working for????? I'm way to green to have any idea?(running to re-read Mastery). Today, I just do the work, do it well. One of my mentors told me today that we need to do God's will. I asked what that really meant. His answer was to do my best, with what I have, in greatest service to my current life. I am still pondering this one during my next meditation!

Jayne, Upon further reflection and a few re-listens, I DO appreciate every share and I have re-focused. Every share has a nugget that is meaningful. You are right on! I am "shadowing" and Brian is doing a great job balancing. I need to get back to "my work" and recognize the selfishness of my comments as we are all at different points and have different messages to receive.

NUTRITION???? For the last month, I've been eating fish + vegan (pescatarian or pescan?). I expressly honor my hunger, eating only when my body asks for food. I am finding my natural feeding set points at 3pm and right before dark. Is this close to what you find in nature, as we are animals. If both meals small, I will eat during the night. If I graze until dark, I can sleep through the night. I tip my hat to source by this acknowledgment to nature.

i am living more organically today. if it is hard to write, i do the next right feeling thing until i feel good about writing or until i have something i am moved by that makes me want to write. it always comes to me because my sub-conscience will bring me back to it :D

Appreciate finding y'all on my journey...by googling "The Four Agreements". You've really helped me gain clarity so I may diligently, patiently, persistently and playfully start working on closing my integrity gap. Through my involvement in a couple of improvement groups, I have been reflecting on suffering caused by get stuck by clinging to the old ideas... even though getting stuck brought me to you. :-) Well then, I'm exactly where I need to be! I amazed by the power of "group sharing experience" . Until now, I was always looking for that next nugget from some book. I work with people looking for the "secret" all the time. The test of time has proved to me that if you do the work, and keep coming back to listen to learn and share to help your fellows really does work if done diligently, patiently, persistently and playfully (insert choirs bursting hallelujah) for you B!

i have various mp3s to try. the deep, black, unconscious, glorious sleep was immediate. i actually slept most of the night with my buds in my ears. my dreams were full of wonderous halo like lights and spontaneous vivid visualizations and thoughts. is that close to the state we are looking for? thanks!
