Reading Eugene Peterson&#039;s memoir earlier this year helped me see how much my understanding of leadership has been affected by corporate and business models rather than by theology rooted in Scripture. I might add: I&#039;m not the kind of leader who claims to hear directly from God about what is good for you or the church. I need the community to help me hear how the Holy Spirit is guiding us.
