Ah, the QR Code dilemma. The consumer ease-of-use is really the friction...until the scanners are native to phones they'll have a hard time getting off the ground. The tech of it's not all that complicated...ShortSwitch seemed promising but they've all but disappear (as a team...the site is still in use - we use it). Good luck to the Toggle.to team:)
