I like the new battery powered mowers. My parents use one similar to this that they picked up last year. The thing is nice and quiet and does a great job on their yard.

I have an electric mower that mulches. I love the work I get from it but the cord can be a pain in the heiny.

I am looking forward to being able to transfer pictures wirelessly. I love how it works between my mac and my ipad, now I just need everything else to jump on board.

My wife has been playing with a puzzle app on her nexus. The best part of puzzles in apps is they don't take over your dining room table while you are putting them together.

My wife and I have talked on several occasions about taking a cruise like this. A couple we used to know had spent years working as cruise organizers for Alaskan cruises. At some point we may actually have to do this.

I've never really been a bucket list kind of person. More often than I just figure out what I want to do and pursue it. Seems like the bucket list is a list of the things you strive for outside just living your life. I have always lived by life is either a grand adventure or you aren't really living.

I find the surface interesting. It will never be one for me though. In my views it seems like it is trying to be too much of each thing so that it doesn't quite make it into any useful category. It is far to big to fit the needs of a tablet. 13 inches is huge, and not really meant for portability. And then when you make it into a laptop, the keyboard comes just a little too short.

I can see where some would find the trade offs worth it. For me it just doesn't seem worth the price of admission. I like my iPad mini with its decent camera and video capabilities and then I have a real keyboard that I can attach with bluetooth. The thing is, from a tablet stand point, the mini is a perfect portable size without having to consider a huge bag to carry all my accessories. You could carry this surface in your hands but it's size alone gets in the way.

I would like to see how they integrate Windows 10 into the surface. That might put a whole new spin on things.

And this is a big reason why I don't have a smart phone. I have ways of doing all the same stuff without having a phone glued to my hand. Granted I do have my other devices with me constantly, but it isn't quite the same as the cell phone zombies I see running around everywhere.

Now with the iPhone 6 plus that might change. The screen is almost big enough to justify a switch from my iPad to a phone.

It's so cool that you are jumping into the cause even when it is on your own.

I say do what you enjoy, otherwise there is no point to it at all. It seems we forget at times what the importance of the blog really is. It is a chance for the reader to experience the world through someone else's eyes. If you aren't showing us your world then you become just another blog.

Personally, I would rather be a part of your world when I come here.

It always amazes me to see how interconnected life is. Everything has a purpose.
