Well, a celebrity won the election, so now they have every right to complain just the same as anyone else.
That could have been cool...
So far, they feel like a bad version of 3 Minute Warning, managed by Paul Ellering (of Road Warriors/LOD fame), and dressed in Shield/Big Bossman gear. They aren't very good. All their matches have been total squashes so far. Youtube them. There should be something on them. You might dig them still, but they don't do it for me. I think Ellering should have been with The Ascension, but then there's one more thing to compare them to the Legion of Doom. So maybe that's not a great idea.
My favorite team is going to be Itami and Ibushi. But I feel they won't win. I think Ciampa an Gargano will probably be the favorites.
Justin LaBar is a total tool. I hate Wrestlezone because of him.
I like the old theme better.
One good thing about WWE is them hiring veterans for production and trainer roles. I love that they still have a chance to give back and pass on their knowledge to the next gen.
I don't even care how photoshopped that pic is. I'd do naughty things to her...
It is. Inoki is Muslim. He was good friends with Ali, and he eventually converted religions even. But yeah, in that fight, Inoki wasn't allowed to kick unless he was on the ground, thus the "Ali Kick" was born. Pretty much, there was a bunch of rules in place from Ali's team so he wouldn't get seriously injured. And, of course, the fight was worked... and they were friends. But all in all, it was a frustratingly boring match, but still legendary.
17 new characters, 20 if you count the Dudleys and Road Dogg, who've been in past games. Nash is in there twice, once as himself and once as Diesel... and they didn't even change the pic. Ugh. Most of the characters were DLC in the last game and the year before.
Well, we know WWE is gonna drop the ball, but they really need to plan on Balor's return and how they're gonna pull it off. Like, make plans NOW as to what they'll have him do, and who he'll go against. And come Wrestlemania time, they have a week or two to set up something for him. Dare I say, give people Balor vs. Taker. I know lots of folks are interested in that matchup, and Taker's buildup to Wrestlemania is basically just a few weeks out before the show anyway. So right there is a return idea.
