Mr. Vogt explains that current Hawaii Senator Brian Schatz, who was Chair of the State Democratic Party in 2008, refused to certify Barack Obama as eligible to be president of the United States. Vogt's claim is that Schatz knew there was no long form "certificate of live birth" (COLB). Nancy Pelosi made the certification and thus by Vogt's logic is guilty of treason.

In my opinion, the bottom line about Mr. obama is that no one really knows anything about him.

"If" you believe his birth certificate, he was born a British subject and therefore is not eligible to be President. If you do not believe his birth certificate than where was he born and to who. We just don't know.

I would hope that President Trump will turn the DOJ loose on him and find out the truth.

The "used to be" news outlets always pick and choose the parts of his statement they want to air. Never the whole statement. I've noticed that many times, especially on Fox.

Wrong. If he is holding office illegally then a President did not sign the bills into law and are therefore invalid.

The difference is that if he is committing a fraud to be in the Whitehouse, then he is ineligible and everything he has signed into law in invalid. This info has been around for over 7 years and our supposed congress has refused to act on it.
