<link>http://michaelhyatt.com/2010/07/how-to-protect-your-intellectual-property-online.html#IDComment86281514</link>
<description>Michael, thank you so much for this post! I&amp;#039;ve been blogging for a year and a half. I began a one-year study through the Chronological Bible in January. I&amp;#039;m posting Mon-Fri. Needless to say, I am beginning to feel very protective of God&amp;#039;s work through my hands. This was just what I needed, easy to understand, and easy to implement!____Your blog is a valuable resource to me!____Blessings in Christ!____Dianne Guthmuller &lt;a href=&quot;http://dianneguthmuller.wordpress.com/&quot; target=&quot;_blank&quot;&gt;http://dianneguthmuller.wordpress.com/&lt;/a&gt; </description>

<title>Michael Hyatt Blog : Leadership and Forgiveness, Part 1</title>
<link>http://michaelhyatt.com/2010/07/leadership-and-forgiveness-part-1.html#IDComment83790564</link>
<description>Micheal, It&amp;#039;s no wonder that you and Andy Andrews are great friends! Birds of a feather... :-) Unforgiveness and being offended are the default reactions of human beings. It&amp;#039;s probably been Satan&amp;#039;s greatest tool to discourage and destroy since Cain and Abel. So it stands to reason that if we are going to lead others we must know how to model forgiveness. We can know we need to forgive by reading the Bible, but there must be a test; an &amp;quot;opportunity&amp;quot; to forgive before we can successfully lead others to forgiveness. The funny thing is once I felt I had reached a point where I could say I had truly forgiven in a couple of really big instances, then I began to experience the frustration of not being able to forgive myself. It seems I only &amp;quot;really&amp;quot; learn from the school of experience! My advice to young leaders is to learn to forgive others and yourself early in your life (read Andy&amp;#039;s book) so that you won&amp;#039;t have to spend so much time in the school of experience! I can&amp;#039;t wait to read &amp;quot; The Heart Mender&amp;quot;!
