It was an enjoyable finale that brought numerous possibilities. Of course when I saw the wasteland bit, it reminded me of this song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-X1-uqDYa7w The Day of Lavos.

I know fanfic writers are going to have field days coming up with ways on expanding the alternate universes. I only wish Hasbro can maybe go the route DC did with "52" in which there are 52 alternate earths. Why not have it be 52 alternate equestrias?
