Yes we are all connected. Much is simply a matter of circumstance. There but for the grace of God go I (I hope I got that right. I a, not religious but that phrase is stuck in my memory bank). It can be any of us any other day. People seem to forget that (or they remember it and fear then pushes them to ignore others in favour of self preservation) ! Xxx

Thank you for sharing your experience lovely. I can only imagine what you have been through and are still fighting through. Cancer is a bitch indeed. I feel so angry every time I hear of another person I am connected to that has been diagnosed or lost someone.

With regards to Jess I think the key point being made that I do support is the issue of how she promoted herself as well and thriving and based it on her natural approach. I do think when you are making money off of people and putting your story out in a book etc you have a responsibility to be honest (so reveal that no you are not thriving at all and it is a battle- which is something I think most of us would have expected anyway) and to be careful about what you encourage for others.

It is all a tragedy and as said I do hope her father is staying away from the online discussions and focusing on his own grief and healing.

Wonderful. I still watch in awe as my girls are growing up into young women. Smart, kind, compassionate (most of the time lol. They ARE Tweens) xxx

I loved hearing every bit of this and can relate. This kind of stuff is exactly what has caused the greatest changes in me in the last year or so. It kind of blows me away (things like him asking about Egypt and seeing a priestess dancing) and I think those of us who are open to receiving are being blessed with opening even further xxx

Awesome. I started seeing a kinesiologist 2+ years ago and see her every 3 weeks on average. It is the best thing I ever did for myself. I had no idea what to expect the first time but was so blown away. She does energy work but is also an acupuncturist, herbalist and on another level feels like my counsellor. I can't wait to hear more about your treatment.
I too had Pnd and carry everything in my stomach and my mind (the gut is considered the second brain by the way so it makes sense that with my depression and anxiety I developed worsening gut troubles!!!) xxxx

Gorgeous photos. I was just thinking yesterday how I have fallen out of my gratitude habit and miss it. I was considering doing a photo journal version similar to this. Might join you from time to time/ many weeks as well. Thanks for doing this just when I was reflecting this way xx
