My condolences for the loss of your grandmother. I had this sort thing with "claims" of this and that involving my family before when a relative died two years ago. I have to agree with what Shemah said. As frustrating as it is, it is best to avoid those issues as much as possible at this time. Those types exist in all families, but you shouldn't let them get to you.

I vividly remember seeing Silent Hill on consoles at retail stores like Best Buy here. It was horrifying and so was reading the reviews about it! The title Resident Evil should be more than enough reason to make the list!
