Daniel Decker : Does Your Office Need a "No Complaining Rule"?

Thanks MJ. I agree. THIS is often the result of THAT. Something from their past, internal issues, etc. Complaints aren't all bad... it's just mindless complaining that is. If and when we take a stand on it, we can not only help ourselves and our organizations but we can also help those complainers perhaps move past those issues that are causing them to be negative in the first place. Not an easy task but if we care about our teams and our future, it's worth the investment.

Daniel Decker : Dealing with Stress (The Self Inflicted Kind)

Thanks Lisa. I thank God daily (multiple times per day) for how amazing He is. That's a big part of anti-stress too. Trusting God and knowing that He has a plan.

Agreed. When we don't have perspective it's easy to get stressed about things that don't really matter.

Yeah, it's the tension that most who are creating a platform face. I think the best thing is to recognize it, stay aware of it, and be intentional about it. Personally, I'd rather have 100 sold our fans who really are behind the message than 500 who aren't.

Daniel Decker : Shut Down the Incoming and Focus on the Outgoing

Right on Graham. The four quadrant deal works create for isolating tasks but it's the inbound, the unplanned things, that often zap our productivity in major ways... ways many of us don't even realize because we're responding instead of creating.
