Hey crazy cat lady, thanks for the (switching teams) compliment! I love you to bits too, and together we are creating our own team of universal love! Go us! I was not shocked that we sounded good together - I was shocked that I sounded good. Thanks for prodding me into things that are good for me...
I really liked this interview. Eliza is a great role model! I am 41 and I think it is important that younger women not fear aging. Younger women need to understand that life does get better because as an older woman, you don't care as much what people think any more. And that fact is very, very liberating... I look forward to reading more of your blog. It's an added bonus that you are Canadian! :) Kara

Practically Intuitive : Manifesting in 3D? What's that?

I'm also here to talk about how the Money Manifesting course works. I actually found doing the daily tasks related to my first word ("delight"), so fun, I kind of forgot about the money part, because I was finding such enjoyment in doing daily tasks that were delightful. But my first month's money did all come. More importantly - it was really fun too!

Practically Intuitive : Sometimes teacher, sometimes student

Thank you for sharing this!! Hmmm...I guess I should buy the book. Interesting timing of your post...just yesterday I decided to consciously plan my meals this week, after gaining 7 (!) pounds on my 2 week holiday. I find my biggest struggle with conscious eating is my "time poverty" (ie. I have to eat right now because I've got to do X,Y and Z...) So by planning my meals ahead of time, I hope to bring some consciousness back to my eating, and I will also try to be mindful while eating...the other thing I plan to do, is every time I reach for a "snack" to ask myself why, process the emotion I'm feeling in my body (boredom, anger, etc.), and if necessary "eat air", (I know this sounds stupid, but sometimes a body has to masticate....
Wow! That is powerful. When she said "this is your warning" all the hairs stood up on my neck. After reading your post, prior to watching the video, I was thinking "I really used to love being in my body, trying out everything it could do, loving how it looked, and now I don't. What happened to THAT?" As she said "We are gone in a blizzard of seconds". This is inspiring me to get back inside my body and get taking it to the max of its current abilities again. After all, if we love trying out a car to it's max, why shouldn't we try out and love everything our bodies can do...they really are amazing. P.S. I gained a whole new love for the miraculous abilities of my body during pregnancy, labour and breast feeding. It really is a miracle maker - it allowed me to create two new humans after all!!

Creative Astrologer : Astrologers read horoscopes too

Thanks for the post! I think it is interesting to note that we are all humans after all. Just like astrologers, intuitives can miss their own "stuff" by being too close to it. : ) We all need each other in this interrelated web we call life. We may be intended to receive a specific message from someone perhaps. This is why we need to look at information that applies to us written by others, even if we are experts in the field. No man is an island! Kara

Since My Divorce ... : The search for authenticity

It is so great that you are able to find your authentic self! Finding my own authentic self is my true passion now as well, and I help others to do this as well on my blog. ____By shifting to become your authentic self, you are probably creating the energetic space for your ex to do the same (although you may not see this for years....)____I think the quest for authenticity is the greatest and more rewarding challenge we can undertake. The world becomes a better place as we free ourselves to become as authentic as possible. ____Kara__www.conduitofjoy.com
