There isn't THAT much of it in the original story and they aren't deeply focused on. If you're talking about PH then yes, I will agree with you on that.

Oh boy, I haven't fallen in love with a fan creation ever as much as this fic. This story is absolutely amazing and I recommend it to anyone looking for a quality deep, sometimes deppressing and hopeless adventure, not just fallout fans. Really, don't put it off "cus it's fallout" , there's a reason why it springed a community of it's own.

I wouldn't bet on it. Fallout: Equestria is a very deep and emotional piece, I wouldn't imagine it ideal for an 11 year old who just enjoys Fallout for the game since this is much more. Maybe in a few years.
