Looks like you've got some great books to choose from.

I like humorous non-fiction like Bill Bryson's A Walk In the Woods and read a great biography recently called Galileo's Daughter by Dava Sobel from letters that he kept. Amazing those letters lasted until now.

I love the cover of Cast in Ruin. Great to find some new books!
