Oh man good post. I'm so bad at changing out my contacts. I need to start setting reminders on my phone. It's supposed to be changed monthly, but now I change whenever one of them starts giving me a hard time and I think "oh right, probably should have changed it out by now." I'm pretty good at taking them out t night, and wearing my glasses when bumming around the house on weekends. One time I forgot contact solution so I put them in tap water and OMG. Never again. The pain!

Love this! I've only recently started getting back into MFP because it is so helpful to keep me on track. It's interesting to see all of my eats listed in one place, staring back at me.
