Stuff Christians Like - Jon Acuff : Figuring out if you're at a Christians concert.

3) no "I love jesus" screamers. Mostly older adults. 5) Missed the opening due to traffic. But my guess is that Liz Jordan maybe intro'd her (from ksbj) But there was a few jokes about her first concert being "Cher" by her backup vocalist/percussionist.__6) SHE was the Jesus chanter! She gave her testimony shortly before breaking into "1975" and at one point during "All right" she got on her hands and knees! I don't think that was staged. That was real!__7) I think compassion international was there, but there was no halftime show. She was basically the show and a few songs by her keyboard player.__8) "Staaaaaayyyy for awhile/ when its good to see your smile/ and I loove yoour coompany!" and "Find A way."__9) "El shaddi" and "Lead Me On."

The last christian concert I went to was the Amy Grant "Lead Me ON 20th Anniversary" tour concert back in November 08. Let's see how she measures according to this:-) BTW I am a big fan of hers!____1) Can't tell because I arrived as she started singing "Love of another kind." __2) No impromptu praise session in the lobby. However, there were 2 women in their 30's dressed as teens from the 80's.__

Stuff Christians Like - Jon Acuff : Not using snopes.com or google.

I was told, ever since I heard about fleetwood mac, that Stevie Nicks was a wiccan. Turns out she is not and has stated so in many interviews that I have read. Worst of all, it was told to me by my father, a christian man. Not a very christian thing to do - spreading a lie about someone without a kernel of truth.

Stuff Christians Like - Jon Acuff : #444. Avoiding Your Favorite Christian Radio Station Like the Plague During Share-a-Thon Week

you should listen to ksbj in houston. After thanksgiving ALL THEY play is 100% 24/7 christmas music until the day after xmas. Oh and funny thing, this is the only time you hear secular music on there. However, there are exceptions because none of these are played: -a lovemonger's christmas - heart -any chicago christmas album -do they know its christmas- band aid (Bono is FORBIDDEN? He's a christian!) -blondies latest christmas album (has away in a manger) but they WILL play the carpenters! They suck.
