<title>LeadingSmart : The Day I Had a Dream for My Future</title>
<link>http://www.leadingsmart.com/2010/04/the-day-i-had-a-dream-for-my-future.html#IDComment71167771</link>
<description>Similarly, growing up in church myself, I envisioned working in a church environment, yet never felt a call to pursue ministry through a pastoral route. It wasn&amp;#039;t until I was in the middle of my four-year &amp;quot;tour of duty&amp;quot; in the radio business that I felt called into church communications as a career path. Now, 20 years after first thinking working for a church would be great ... I&amp;#039;ve spent the last four years fulfilling the call and look forward to decades more. I finally found my &amp;quot;sweet spot&amp;quot; using my skills and experiences and am grateful to God (most days ... :o) for it. </description>
