However the whole thing is totally absurd. As John Rentoul notes the opening question is:
" If economic globalisation is inevitable, it should primarily serve humanity rather than the interests of trans-national corporations."
Well who's going to disagree with that? Probably only Alan B'stard on the far Tory right. Of course I would like globalisation to serve humanity!
The bit it misses is whether you believe that globalisation does serve humanity rather than corporations, and if not, whether governments should take action against corporations.

That original slowdown was caused by US consumers racking up too much debt, and then drastically cutting back on their spending.
