Boys are definitely harder! Same as Shari, my daughter took about a week, just around her first birthday (I was preggers with my son, and wasn't taking no for an answer, lol) but my son was about 3 before HE decided he was going to be potty trained! took 2yrs but we did it!
having said that... my granddaughter is 5, was day potty-trained by 2, but still wets the bed! not everynight, but most nights! So each child is different, but they will eventually potty train (we hope!) Hang in there, good luck!

We survived Irene in Maryland! I lost power for about 5hrs from 10pm til 3am. I hed a fully charged iphone and ipad, so spent all night in the dark entering giveaways, listening to an audiobook and playing word games! My hubby, who can sleep through anything slept! We are okay, but now will have to pickup the 100's of branches all over the yard! Best of Luck to our neighbors in the north, who are going thru it now!

When I went to the website I learned that you don't need to be a student to rent books, and they have an option to buy the books!

I went back to school and this year got my AA degree at 51. I too was shocked at the price of texts! I paid $45 for a small paperback book (on women in science 48pgs) Wow, although I searched the internet it was out of print everywhere but the college bookstore! That was just one of 4 bks needed for that class, my bill came to $428 for 2 classes! This is a wonderful website to know, and will be passing it along to all my friends, thanks!

I would like to win because fruit + chocolate= yummy!! Who wouldn't want to win!

I started letting my grandaughter cook with me when she was very young, whipping eggs, stirring etc! Now that shes five and this would be a great first cookbook for her; to start to read recipes, learn kitchen utensils and utensils! I love that the have pictures in the start so she can learn and find the utensils, and ingredients, on her own. She will really start feeling like a cook!

I would love to win this because it reminds me of our honeymoon trip to Ireland, but because we were dirt poor (trip was gift from parents) couldnt afford to buy a piece of Waterford when we toured the factory!
