This resolution to change the First and limit how much one can spend in a campaign is not going to pass House with 3/4 nor will it make it out of Senate with that 3/4. Then it heads to state legislatures where there are many states with GOP legislative majorities. I think Reid needs about 37 state legislatures in seven years to pass on top of the 3/4 in both chambers to get it to the states. The clock is ticking and running uphill.

The US was founded on freedom of conscience and religion. People came here to live free of being told how to worship. No US in 1788 without Bill of Rights. Now, the issue before Arizona and the US courts on baking a cake or taking a picture has to do with can a state regulatory agency force or compel an artist to create an object that violates their beliefs. This Arizona law reaffirms the US First and is needed since its happening in other states. Thank you so much for reprinting the letter and pictures. I must rad that book as Reagan wrote so many people over a life time. It helped him stay grounded and in touch and left us a record of his values and sharp perceptions. He reminds Mike you know what an unhappy home can be. Reagan's wife Jane Wyman left him and Maureen and Mike were in a broken home. But RR says you can still be happy if you work for that.
