Oh, man! These are HUGE weights on you!!! Have you made any further decisions? If Ava will end up in public school for sure, anyway, I like looking at it as giving her a head start on THOSE friendships, instead of taking her away from the ones she just made.
Dori - could the adoption place maybe offer some other tips/solutions to make keeping her easier? Like obvious-to-dog-breeders-or-vets-but-not-to-us stuff, Pinterest solutions for dogs?
