As a 22-yr old who took organ lessons for 9 years, this cracked me up. I guess I never thought it was odd? It's definitely one of the most fun instruments I've ever played, and I really miss it. It's not easy to find one to practice on. Although I used to know a guy who had a giant pipe organ in his garage (so jealous).

It never occurred to me to worry about falling speaker; normally my concern is what I would do if gravity shifted to the ceiling. Would I have swift enough reflexes that I could grab onto something?? What a calamity. I ponder this pretty much everywhere, not just at church.
