Alex will tell me "no kiss now" sometimes, he's never limited kisses, but he makes it clear sometimes he's not in the mood for a kiss. But like Mac, he still thinks Mama kisses are magical and if he has an owie, he needs a kiss and then it's all better. Our babies grow so fast.

My husband went away for a week last summer and I took the boys to my mom and stepdad's for the week and it was the most amazing feeling. No laundry, no dishes, no cooking, the only thing I had to do was nurse the baby, they just stepped in and did the rest.

My son fell head first down the stairs a couple weeks ago, it happened too fast for me to do anything and I just stood there in watching as my baby fell. I think I screamed. He was fine (though shaken), but I still think of how bad it could have gone. My precious little angel. I'm glad that Mac was ok. It happens so fast and it's so scary for us as Moms.
