Best healthy holiday tip...if you know you have a party coming up during the night, eat plenty of veggies during the day and ENJOY yourself later!

Oh. My. Gosh. This seriously looks preferable to any other Thanksgiving meal I've seen posted! I love unique food and therefore love vegan dishes. Always so creative. The sides and desserts look the best to me. That cranberry relish looks positively incredible and that stuffing and the yams? OMG the coconut, what a key additon!

Yes it kinda is! Except no bread crumbs on top, just crisp cheesy goodness.

YUMMMY this looks so good! I love Country Crock, I recently used it in a post about a broc casserole side that we do at Thanksgiving. It came out so well! But your recipe is more tradittional food and that's awesome, so many people will be able to hopefully use it this Thursday :)

Glad to hear you are doing well and that things seem to be going smoother this time around with the bleeding! Glad to hear the new little one is sleeping well :)

I love the direction you took this post in, Ericka! Thank you for letting me know in my comments that you had written it. It's really great to read about someone who has made it through recovery. And I also like that you admit you still mess up soemtimes. If we just dwelled in our mess-ups, we'd keep sinking deeper, sliding backwards. It sounds like you are really good at staying positive, dusting yourself off, and moving forward!

This is an awesome post and I agree with most of what you said here! Conference food was not enough for sure and I feel ya on the walking-from-Grand-Central thing (but you win because you were 33 weeks pregnant haha). And I'm glad that I accidentally didn't end up being hyper-scheduled with parties. Sure it was only because I didn't know they existed til a month before the conference but it ended up being a relaxing trip for me in the evenings! You were a great roomie and it was so awesome to meet you. I hope we can see each other at a CT blogger event sometime.
