Kit Up! DEV : Pick an Exercise...Any Exercise

While the fit deck is awesome, there isn't a unit that doesn't have a standard deck of cards lying around. At our CrossFit box We have a workout called (appropriately) "The Deck of Cards" The movements vary depending on the programming, but here are some examples: Diamonds = Knees to elbows Hearts = Burpees Clubs = Double Unders Spades = Jumping Squats Joker = 800m Spades - DB Thrusters Clubs - Jumping Squats Hearts - Pushups Diamonds - Hanging knees to elbows Jokers=10 Burpees Diamonds = Push ups
 Spades = Pull ups
 Hearts = Burpees
 Clubs = Sit ups
 Jokers = Row 1000m Turn over a card and perform that # of repetitions of the exercise for that suit. Continue turning cards, with no rest between exercises, until you are through the deck. Face cards are worth 10 and Aces can be worth 1 or 11 (We like to pick 11). I've also seen it done where face cards are worth increasing values (Jacks- 11, Queens - 12, Kings - 13, Aces - 14).
