Taking topomax, on two weeks now. Heaven help me. Or anything. Anything help me. I am in a haze I cannot describe or fathom and... is this worth it? They tell me it gets better, and the response re: migraines is good, though the fibro is still destroying me. My mom suggested anti-anxiety medication, which terrifies me. I do not want to be dependent on medication, though I am already dependent on pain meds, I guess. Just so tired of being tired. My heart and my mind and my soul needs more than what my body can do. Feel like a terrible person and parent and mate. Sick of being sick.

Had an MRI Wednesday for my knee injury, took alternate Xanax, major drug reaction, so I have been a miserable drugged-out being. Holy hangover, Catwoman. Hoping this mood will lift as the last of that goes away. that could happen, right???

Kind of at the end of my rope. Hanging on. Doggedly, so much as anyone as whacked out and bleary as I am can be. The lows define the highs, right? I have some kick-ass highs waiting for me after this garbage. I can do this. I can do this. I can do this.

Just a reminder: we adore you and are so grateful you are around in the world and making a space for all of us. Our standard is set at, "are we all here-ish? yes? Yay!" so do not fret. You can also ask for help. There have to be many of us with enough know-how to throw down some writing or post an open thread invitation if you are overwhelmed. Maybe even plan that out so you have someone posting something pre-written by you or entirely of their own making so you get a mental break. Or tell us you will be vacationing for a week and leave us some kibble and water and we will be delighted when you return.

You're amazing. You can't do it wrong. All is well.
