Ooh thanks for the inspiration. What's the age which a restless sleeper could be taken camping? I've been putting it off as sleeping has always been such an almighty challenge and I just feel it would be a world of pain but my husband is determined to take her on a trip much like the one you've described above.

Can't imagine how difficult that rollercoaster must be to ride. Must be pretty bloody difficult declaring your decision as well. Wishing you lots of strength and happiness in this new - less arduous? - path xx

Oh, I definitely know how you feel. The thing is though that weight is a fickle thing - it can send us into a tailspin when it rises and yet on the outside we may be getting stronger, fitter, and more toned - all over health may be thriving. This is why I always think weight is a poor indicator for people who are only moving between a few kilos and in the healthy range. Of course it's milestone to use with large weight loss but it causes crazy emotional ups and downs when referred to as a measure of success in those who are healthy and within the range their body needs to me. May you see other changes in your body that remind you how much good you're doing for it. Your partner sounds such a sweetie and such a supporter. x

I can only imagine how big a commitment that would actually be. I'm not sure what I could give up, maybe alcohol would be a wise one. But will try and think of something that's a little less fun but just as much of a necessity.

She is such a cutie pie. What a gorgeous age. My little one only just crawled at 11 mths so she must be a strong one - although I know my gal was late off the mark! Beautiful memories. thanks for sharing.

It's all about the plan Jodie. May you find your rhythm soon and a calm surrounding in no time. Re: fitness - have been given a set of http://xrslide.com.au/ pads from a mate for my b'day - and have to say when I miss the gym - this set KILLS me of a morning before she wakes :) toned body (she says hopefully) here I come - no but seriously it's nice not to have to fit in the gym-as it works on carpet. Anyway enough of that - welcome any post I read of yours :) P x
