HillBuzz.org : Allen West admits he made a mistake on Pigford.

I am glad he finally answered the question. I didn't want to completely throw him under the bus for it but the longer it took to give us an answer the more concerned I was becoming. People screw up, at least he admitted it.

Funny story to share from last night... I was at my daughter's 5th grade graduation and they were reading off the awards for this or that or whatever... and they came to the presidential excellence award in education (I probably butchered the name but you get it). The teacher was reading the stock letter all schools would get from president BO (who is not a Muslim) and at the end when she read his name out it was like someone dropped a lead balloon on the crowd! A small group behind me somewhere started clapping but they died out pretty quickly when no one else joined in. I hope he doesn't win VA again, it would make me so ill. I blame the DC suburbs in northern VA of course but I still see plenty of Obama (not a Muslim) crap around here...

I found this on the blaze (and of course we all know about the LSM going through Sarah's emails) and would normally just link to it, but this being hillbuzz I figured it deserved a full reposting. Well, I tried to post the letter, but it's way too long for comments, so link is here: http://www.theblaze.com/stories/a-downs-syndrome-...

HillBuzz.org : Pigs Fly Through a Frozen Hell: LA Times Admits Sarah Palin was Right About Paul Revere

It gets even better... at this link: http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2011/06/npr_d... Some NPR host tried to get a history professor to say that Palin was wrong, and she didn't quite get the answer she was looking for! There's a link to the audio and it's great how he fires back at the media for only caring about the American Revolution (in Boston no less!) when Sarah Palin brings it up.

HillBuzz.org : GOP Presidential Debate Watch Thread

This debate has been a tough one for me personally to judge. I felt like 4 of the 5 speakers did very well... but I didn't care much for Mr. Johnson from New Mexico. My favorite of the 5 speakers was Herman Cain, but I just don't think he did very well. I like his points but he didn't seem as strong as his speeches I've watched. Ron Paul and Pawlenty did very well, and I don't recall anything horrible that Santorum said. *edit* I just watched the folks on Hannity who were just blown away by Cain, and maybe my problem is I had too high expectations based on other speeches of his I watched... if he can swing people like this though he definitely won!

I haven't actually clicked on the link because I've heard the comments are worse than the article, but some editor at Wonkette says Trig Palin is dreaming of nothing on his birthday because he is retarded. More hypocrisy from the tolerant left. http://newsbusters.org/blogs/noel-sheppard/2011/0... Just disgusting.

I could only wish more of my Democrat friends could see through the WTF administration like you have. It just seems to me like the ones who I thought were mostly centrist are following their party to the left just out of spite against the evil whites... it's sad really. Regardless, thank you for all of the good work that you do and for hillbuzz!

I don't even know how to make this clearer. But I will try as I am glutton for punishment. Public sector is the area of the nation's affairs under governmental rather than private control. Private sector is the area of the nation's economy under private rather than governmental control. This website, being privately owned by Andrew Breitbart, is not part of the public sector, is it? Therefore, you have no protection from the government here. Also, the government cannot control what you say here due to the First Amendment. Andrew Breitbart or anyone he deems worthy can control anything and everything you say here to their heart's content, and there's nothing you can do about it. Does that clear it up?

Ah the last vestige of the weak... after personal attacks don't work, go after the post count. Because everyone knows your post count defines your character. I didn't call you a liberal, I'm asking if that's what you believe. "It has nothing to do with PC, but I don't see how it gets us anywhere for me to tell you to go f@#$ yourself, no matter how much you deserve it." I was making a point about the comment itself, not actually saying it. Try comprehending. And I don't know how upstanding a Christian can be that goes about berating everyone who disagrees with their points, but if that's what flies in your brand of Christianity, more power to you. How exactly did I "twist" Scripture by merely quoting it? Jesus could go around doing those things, as we all know he was the one without sin so he had the moral high ground to stand on. Are you completely without sin? Are you to be the one who judges others? The only defense against evil is good. But if you prefer an eye for an eye, go for it. I won't begrudge you your choices.

Actually this is a privately-owned forum, a public forum would be run by the government. In a public forum you would have the right to free speech as outlined in the First Amendment. In a private forum you have no rights beyond what the owners allow you. Now since you seem to be almost as good as a liberal at twisting words around to fit your argument, I shall break it out in simple terms for you like I would them. If you read my replies, nowhere did you see me clamoring for a moderator to come in and clean up the verbal bantering with trolls. I stated my personal opinion that I don't see how personal attacks add anything to a debate. I also stated my personal opinion that I will not be up in arms if a moderator did delete a post that contained nothing but personal attacks because I could care less that he did, as he did not infringe on anyone's rights in doing so.

So you're saying that the ends justify the means? Because I'm pretty sure that's Saul Alinksy speak right there, and the mantra of the liberals. Matthew 5:44 says "...love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you." But no you'd rather lower yourself to a liberal's level and start flinging personal attacks at them? What are you hoping to gain from that? Some personal satisfaction that you called some liberal's mother a whore? Or do you prefer to listen to, you know, Jesus' teachings? Does the Bible only apply to you when it's convenient? If we lose our humanity in trying to save the country, what have we really gained?

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. " Where in the first amendment does it say you have any right to say whatever you want to people in a private forum? Nowhere. I am sick and tired of people with limited vocabularies hiding behind the First Amendment to spew whatever they can at anyone who doesn't agree with them. As I said before, that is what the liberals do because they can't think of anything else. You hate them so bad? Stop acting like them.
