For us is the "sinful" food night. We are tired and we were at church today... so why not be bad with dinner... Typically its Pizza or Nachos - Eat well all week, be bad on Sunday (hey, for most its be bad all week and good on Sundays, we just switch it) http://www.BrentFielder.com @bfielder

I have done this - I just do not keep my word...to myself! I schedule a "weekly review" every week, but 75% of the time, something else seems more pressing...It has been a goal that I need to actually do and hold myself accountable too. Thanks Michael for your insight... Always!
